AlUla Program Management

AlUla in Saudi Arabia lies at the crossroads of ancient civilizations, in spectacular landscapes, with a wealth of biodiversity and history. Sensitive and meticulous planning is required to achieve the delicate balance of preservation and growth.

The Royal Commission for AlUla (RCU) was established by Royal Decree in July 2017 to capitalize upon the region’s unique cultural, heritage and natural assets and transform AlUla County into a global tourism destination welcoming 2 million visitors annually by 2035.

I was responsible for spearheading the experience design of the program dashboard with GIS map integration and it’s SharePoint site, which was used to manage the program team.
